Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks under supervision, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Create a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.
- Execute forensic and clinical specimen collections with precision.
- Verify patient demographic info and confirm labeled specimens in the presence of the patient.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Represent the organization positively to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public.
- Adhere to established procedures, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
- Display leadership behaviors and promote process excellence.
- Travel and work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts when needed.
- Float between multiple locations as required with minimal notice.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent phlebotomy skills with all age groups.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Proven ability to produce quality, error-free work in a high-volume setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (if applicable).
