Job Summary:

• The PSR II serves as the face of our company, providing excellent patient care through skilled blood collection and strong customer service. This role supports both routine visits and critical health testing, ensuring accuracy, safety, and patient trust throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens (including pediatric and geriatric).
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and verification of patient information.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients, creating a positive experience.
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and quality standards.
• Travel as needed to support multiple sites, including doctor’s offices and service centers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Strong phlebotomy, data entry, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
