Job Description

Required Education:

• High School Diploma/GED Phlebotomy Program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT).
• AHA BLS.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Two (2) years Phlebotomy experience in Hospital, Commercial Lab, Blood Bank.
