Job Summary:

The PSR I is the welcoming face of the clinic—greeting patients, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and keeping the lobby clean and organized. This is an entry path into Phlebotomy, and training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn and perform phlebotomy once trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with care and compassion.
• Support check-ins using kiosks or handheld tablets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional lobby environment.
• Learn and perform phlebotomy skills when trained and when coverage is needed.
• Follow established procedures, maintain records, and ensure confidentiality.
• Support team members and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1–2 years of client-facing customer service (required).
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare/bus not accepted).
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
• Must live within 20–25 minutes of the worksite.
