Job Description

Job Summary:

• The PSR I is the face of the company, providing a positive and professional experience for patients during lab visits.
• Responsibilities include drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring patient comfort and trust. Strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care with clear communication and safe practices.
• Maintain documentation and uphold a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Support daily operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Represent the company positively to patients, clients, and the public.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Medical or phlebotomy training preferred (certification required in CA, NV, WA).

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months required; 1+ year phlebotomy preferred.
• Customer service and data entry experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric/geriatric).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and punctuality.

Additional Notes:

• Must have reliable personal transportation (no rideshare or public transit).
• Commute time must be realistic for punctual and consistent attendance.
• Compensation based on direct, non-overlapping experience.
