Job Summary:
- The PSR I is the face of the company, providing a positive and professional experience for patients during lab visits.
- Responsibilities include drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring patient comfort and trust. Strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care with clear communication and safe practices.
- Maintain documentation and uphold a clean, safe, and professional environment.
- Support daily operations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Represent the company positively to patients, clients, and the public.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Medical or phlebotomy training preferred (certification required in CA, NV, WA).
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months required; 1+ year phlebotomy preferred.
- Customer service and data entry experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric/geriatric).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, reliability, and punctuality.
Additional Notes:
- Must have reliable personal transportation (no rideshare or public transit).
- Commute time must be realistic for punctual and consistent attendance.
- Compensation based on direct, non-overlapping experience.
