Job Overview:

• The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering excellent patient care.
• This role requires strong communication, phlebotomy skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy (including pediatric/geriatric) and specimen collection
• Explain procedures clearly and create a trustworthy patient experience
• Prepare samples and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with all protocols
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold a positive public image

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

Experience:

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (required); 1+ year preferred
• Customer service background preferred
• Strong keyboard/data entry skills
