Job Description

Job Summary:

• The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role involves direct patient interaction, requiring professionalism, accuracy, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen processing following established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and a clean, safe environment
• Deliver excellent patient service and build trust
• Follow confidentiality and safety protocols
• Support team goals with flexibility in scheduling

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Medical Assistant or Paramedic training (Preferred); Phlebotomy certification (Preferred / Required in CA, NV, WA)
• Experience: 6+ months phlebotomy experience (Required); 1+ year preferred
• Customer service and data entry experience (Preferred)
• Skilled in phlebotomy for all age groups

Additional Details:

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Boca Raton, FL site
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to stay for full shift
• Resume must include home city and commute time
