Phlebotomist

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

• Venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Perform and assist with extended Product duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs.

Requirements:

• An active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA (CPT-1) and at least 6 months of experience practicing phlebotomy post externship.
• Must be trained/comfortable with pediatric patients as young as 6 months, although typical age ranges will be 3 years to adult.

• Parking is available at the clinic either directly in front or behind the location.
